Treat yourself to this soothing ritual designed to encourage relaxation and alleviate stress whilst leaving your feeling silky smooth. Start by gently massaging the nourishing foot balm into your feet paying particular attention to heels and other areas of dry or hard skin, slip on your reflexology socks, and allow a minimum of 5 minutes for the balm to soak into your skin.

Then use the wooden roller and gently massage your feet, locate the corresponding organs and body systems shown on your socks and apply desired pressure. To finish fill a bowl or foot spa with enough warm water and 2-3 scoops of the foot soak.
